We are building the easiest way to get a game
Tugethr started with a simple frustration: wanting to play, and spending more effort organising it than actually playing. We are a small team in Noida building the thing we wished existed.
Why we started
Every city is full of people who want to play and cannot find anyone to play with. The players exist. The courts exist. What is missing is the thing in between: a way to find each other, agree a time, book a place and split the cost without a fourteen-message group chat.
So we built it. Not a dating app with a sports filter, and not a booking site with a chat box. A community where the whole thing, from finding a player to walking off the pitch, happens in one place.

What we care about
Outdoor first
We started with the sports people actually play outside: turf, court, track. Not a gym-tracking app with a social tab bolted on.
Safety is the product
Adults only, verified profiles, encrypted chat. If meeting strangers to play doesn't feel safe, nothing else we build matters.
Community over reach
We would rather have one city where every player finds a weekly game than ten cities of empty feeds.
Built in the open
Small team, shipping constantly, listening to the people using it. Most of what's in the app came from a player asking for it.
The people behind it
A small senior team, each owning their part of the product end to end.
Rahul Baghel
Founder & Creator
Built Tugethr from the first line of code. The app, the backend and the idea that finding a game shouldn't be this hard.
Ashish Chaurisiya
Head of Product
Shapes where the product goes next, and keeps what we build honest to how people actually play.
Naveen
Head of Technology
Owns the platform end to end: the systems that keep matches, chat and bookings running.
Amresh
Head of Sales
Brings venues onto the platform and makes sure the courts are there when players want them.
Uday
Head of Marketing
Tells the story, city by city, and finds the players before they find us.
Sujjal
Head of Growth
Turns a first match into a weekly habit, and a weekly habit into a crew.
Pooja
Head of People
Finds the people who build this, and makes it somewhere worth building it.
Built in Noida, for players everywhere
We are starting in the NCR and rolling out city by city, properly, one at a time, so that when you open the app there are actually people to play with.
